I worked with Kalani when I was working on purchasing a home. She specifically was very knowledgeable about comps in my area, and was able to find similar homes and come up with an accurate and fair estimation. Her communication was good and quick- very easy to work with. While that transaction did not go through (through no fault of Kalani, but rather the seller changing their mind), I would certainly look to Kalani for my next real estate transaction. She has a great attitude, a broad network, and was not upset when the work she performed did not result in a sale for her. Great professional agent!

I don't have enough positive things to say about Kalani. I had just given birth to my second child and wasn't confident that I was in a position to buy and sell, but my husband and I stumbled upon a property that we loved and it was perfect for our growing family. I reached out to Kalani with lots of questions. I was hesitant and nervous, but as soon as we began talking I felt comfortable. She was kind and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured in the least. That being said, she definitely knows how to get things done. Definitely worth the 5 stars. Very personable and knowledgable about homes and really reviewed all the disclosures. Things have quite changed since I last bought a home in the 90's. There is so much more documentation and reviews with disclosures but Kalani was right there to help. So very personable with great follow-up and listens to what you are looking for. She really wants to make sure you get everything answered and makes every effort to go above and beyond. Really in the past when I sold my old condo the realtor took off on vacation a week before the sale completed and just called to say ok you signed congrats (was more like got my commission, that's all folks). This was a 360 for me and such a great surprise that a realtor would be so there with you for all the ins and outs. Agree with her being such a professional. Would highly recommend her as a realtor. We have engaged 7 realtors in our life, 4 in SC County, (not including one from Santa Clara County, whom we used 2x but no longer because she is not an expert on SC properties). Thus far here in SC, we like Kalani Stone the best in that she is very hardworking, competent, tough in negotiating but nurturing and warm-hearted otherwise, with a special aloha spirit. She has successfully listed and sold properties of all types. In our case, we also needed someone who knew the specialized mobile home market and the loan requirements different from regular loans. Kalani is well versed and well connected in all these regards, keeping everything well greased and smoothly moving from competitive pricing, excellent tactful communication with Buyers' agent, removal of contingencies--from inspections to home appraisal and loan approval to whatever last-minute kinks in the escrow closing. Kalani has excellent relations with all parties involved in the sale of homes, including the loan officer dealing with mobile home loans. An extra complication was the fact that the Sellers (my parents) were elderly and not local, and Kalani accommodated for this in a compassionate and flexible manner. For all these reasons, our sale went through in a timely fashion, at a competitive price--all in all, very smoothly. True be told, Kalani's motto, "It's really all about you," could be taken by a cynic as nice-sounding advertising jingo. But I profess that in Kalani's case, it is entirely true.
